Access

The Knowledge Base is available to people invited into a workspace by that workspace's owner. Access is personal to the RODMENA ID that received the invitation and must not be shared.

Acceptable use

You must only use the service to view, create and share material you are authorised to handle, and must respect the classification given to each document. Confidential and restricted material may not be copied outside the service except through the sharing controls the service provides.

Sharing

A share link you create is your responsibility. Links expire, may be revoked at any time by the workspace, and are recorded in the workspace's audit trail together with every view.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as described in the workspace agreement between RODMENA LIMITED and the workspace's owner. We may change or withdraw features with notice to workspace owners.
